Job Description

Key accountabilities include:

• Monitoring individual customer orders and liaising with internal partners, distributors and relevant third party contracts
• Ensure all export orders are checked / verified for competence and complies with individual export country’s requirements.
• Ensure all documents are processed according to requirements, track and traceable according to SARS requirements.
• Ensure all orders are expedited and every party concerned is kept informed of shipment status.
• Timeous dispatch of Export orders (5-day lead-time for Neighbouring countries and 8 day lead-time for International orders).

Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent coupled with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience within an FMCG or courier distribution environment.
