Job description

Three vacancies currently exist in the Brooklyn, Bryanston and Cape Town branches.

Requirements:

• Master of Architecture (M.Arch).
• Registered with SACAP.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
• Proficient in use of Revit.
• Good design experience.
• Commercial experience.
• A high standard and level of communication.
• A commitment to providing excellent client service through efficiency and the quality in production of work.
• Ability to work independently, but willing to assist colleagues and team members in times of pressure or their absence.
• Sufficiently experienced to analyse, identify and resolve problems.
• A use of own judgement and willingly makes decisions without assistance.
• Enjoys working as an Architect and will from time to time work overtime.
• Can monitor and manage own workflow and follow up commitments of others effectively in order to meet deadlines.
• Builds relationships and works collaboratively with all project team members.
• Is reliable and willingly accepts the responsibilities that go with the job.
