Job Description

We are looking for a positive, motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our expanding team. You will play a key role in ensuring that all of the clients’ needs are met; working closely with Senior Level Stakeholders within the business. The Enterprise Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering the following items within each specific project:

• Be responsible for all requirements and stakeholder liaison for the project across the Enterprise
• Be responsible for escalating any requirements issues on the project to the Enterprise Business Analyst Lead , the Project Manager and the Enterprise Business Solutions Lead where necessary
• Be accountable for managing the relationships with the Cluster Business Analysts and Process Engineers allocated to the project
• Ensure that appropriate governance is followed and version control is maintained
• Create and maintain the traceability matrix of all requirements on the project
• Draft and sign-off of a Project Business Model Document (BMD) and all business requirement specifications (BRS) for:
• Systems
• Processes, Approach, Roles and Responsibilities (which include RACI – Responsible, Accountable, Consult, Inform)
• Resources
• Policies, Procedures and Rules
• L&D, Training, Communications
• Data / MIS etc.
• People
• Involving the correct Group and Cluster stakeholders and requirements, working together with AML Program Change Manager.
• Identify and manage Cross Cluster System impact, requirements, stakeholders and dependencies to this Programme – including users for training and testing.
• Involving the Enterprise Testing team where appropriate i.r.o. requirements.
• Review and sign-off Test Plans and test cases for the project in line with the agreed requirements
• Facilitate UAT, with the assistance of the Project Manager on the project
• Facilitate business/operational hand-over, once the project has been implemented
