    HR & Systems Administrator - Group HR

    We are currently looking for an HR and Systems Administrator to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

    As an HR and Systems Administrator for Group Head Office, you will provide general administrative assistance to the HR Consultants and HR Business Partners by assisting with day to day operational queries, basic system support, filing and general administrative functions.

    What we expect you to do
    • Co-ordinate all administrative and logistics related to the recruitment process including conducting pre-employment checks and preparing employment offers. 
    • Manage all administration related to payroll and employee transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations. 
    • Update and maintain HR databases and systems ensuring accuracy. 
    • Compile reports to support HR business Partners and managers 
    • Assist with reporting on compliance (EE Reporting) 
    • Liaise and support audit of HR processes (SOX Audit) 
    • Understand the end to end process of Workday and provide support to regions in this regard.
    • Assist the HR Business Partners with the development of new HR services in a specific area of specialisation. 
    • Assist with all administrative duties required by the HR management team and attend to or escalate employee queries. 
    • Assist in creating standardised HR processes across Group Head Office
    Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job
    • A relevant tertiary qualification
    • An HR Management / Office Management Qualification would be preferred 
    • At least 5 years’ work experience, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR Administration Management 
    • Extensive experience in Workday including EIB and training other users on the system
