Job Purpose:

• Ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the Contact Centre clerical functions.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Attend to incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Control attendance register and maintain leave/sick records and database.
• Control, issue and order stationery and non-technical equipment.
• Monitor expenditure on votes as directed by Manager Contact Centre and provide reports in light thereof.
• File circulars and other official documentation and maintain/control the Contact Centre filing systems.
• Supervise and monitor Office Assistants.
• Check the cleanliness and tidiness of all communal areas, including ensuring provision of cleaning materials.

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 2 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in the Administrative field.
• 3 years relevant experience.

Special Conditions:

• 40 hours, 5 day week.
• Overtime Category: II.
