    Customer Account Executive

    Job Description

    • Reporting to the Regional Sales Director the Customer Account Executive (CAE) participates in a team-selling environment, in an assigned geographic and/or vertical territory.
    • In this capacity, the CAE will assist in identifying and qualifying new opportunities, executing account strategy and generating incremental software, consulting and training revenue in existing and new accounts.
    • In addition, the CAE will facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers, which will be measured by their reference ability and customer satisfaction levels.


    The job holder will be expected to perform the following:-

    Territory Planning And Account Planning

    • Profiles accounts in the geographic and vertical territory
    • Establishes and maintains Account Plans
    • Contributes and participates in regular Account reviews

    Business Development And Opportunity Planning

    • Collects/researches business intelligence
    • Gathers information to help respond to sales enquiries and proposals
    • Leverages the TIBCO Sales Methodology (first-class training as well as growth and learning opportunities will be provided)
    • Defines the go-to-market strategy hand-in-hand with the Account Executive, who can provide guidance and coaching
    • Works in partnership with the Account Executive to maximise the potential of accounts
    • Contributes and participates in regular opportunity reviews with the Account Team
    • Supports the cross-sell/up-sell process

    General

    • Commitment to continuous personal development. This includes TIBCO specific knowledge (product and processes) and market information (competition and vertical) such as is required to be successful in the role
    • Willingness to travel (i.e. to sales kick-off events and trainings held in the US and Europe)
    • Potential career progression route: Customer Account Executive, Sales Account Executive, Named Account Director.
