    Human Resources Advisor

    Job Description

    ROLE MISSION

    • Kantar Country HR Services team is seeking an HR Advisor to join its team based in Johannesburg who will be reporting directly to the HR Business Partner in a Country, the role will the HR Business Partner team within a Country as well as the Shared Services team to ensure seamless delivery in a Country of HR services; acts as a conduit between Business Partner and Shared Services. The HR Advisor is a facilitator for the development and implementation of professional people management policies, capabilities and practices– working with Line Managers and the HR function. The incumbent will be accountable for quality assuring the consistent delivery of HR policies and practices and working across the Country to continuously improve service.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Support the implementation, tracking and administration of BBBEE Governance , i.e. WSP and ATR tracking and monitoring
    • The HR Advisor will be responsible for successfully building client relationships and communicating effectively and efficiently with. Administration and co-ordination for Skills development initiatives , i.e. Graduate Program, Learnerships, Bursaries, Informal and formal Training
    • Must be a team player and must have the ability to work as a partner with Centre’s of Expertise to ensure the effective development of HR policies and practices to meet Supports, coaches and trains Managers on the entire HR value chain.

    CAPABILITIES STATEMENT

    • Must have an HR An HR qualification (certificate, diploma, degree)
    • Must have a minimum at least 4 – 7yrs experience having previously operated in complex, matrix environment.
    • Must have a good working knowledge of South Africa employment law/labour relations and solid HR administration skills.
    • Customer focused ability to work independently and drive results, effective communication skills and must have a strategic mind-set.
