    Key Account Manager

    Job description

    Main Outputs and Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service: Contact, resolve issues and build relationships with business sources and clients.
    • Create new and build on existing client base: Create unique ways to grow the business with customers and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.
    • Generate new business by cold calling, follow up on leads and referrals from business sources and clients

    Minimum Experience Required:

    • 2 years MS Office experience
    • 2 years’ keys account management experience
    • Proven track record
    • Ability to build and maintain key client relationships
    • Matric
    • Sales training or qualification
    • Good understanding of the automotive, technology and insurance sector would be advantageous

    Salary: R15 000 CTC plus comission

    Location: Pinetown
