Branch Manager at Servest Group

Job description

• Successfully managing the Branch in terms of the following key drivers:
  • Job Completions,           
  • Stock Control, Customer satisfaction and retention, Direct and overhead expenses,                          
  • Revenue and EBITDA
• Driving the Operations strategy daily
• Supporting the Sales drive and strategy
• Daily staff management
• Compiling branch budgets and ensuring branch budgets are reached

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Minimum of 5 years Senior Management / Branch Management experience in the Service Industry
• Relevant 3 year qualification
• Accpac experience an advantage
• Individual with a passion for customer service
• Good understanding of financial statements
• Strong HR / IR knowledge and exprerience
• Strong motivational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving ability
