We are looking for a distinctive candidate for Associate Principal position for our AFRICA practice

As an Associate Principal, you will:

• Provide overall, on-site, team leadership and client engagement, usually across multiple work-streams on a single site
• Support and coach the clients’ leadership team, managers, and Business Improvement team
• Be responsible for the delivery of results and the sustainability thereof
• To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a passion for converting concepts into solutions
• Be keen to learn the powerful tools and approaches that PIP has developed over the last 20 years
• Be an experienced team leader with the capability to mentor and direct your team
• Candidates fitting the above criteria, with 10+ years commercial experience are invited to apply. The ideal profile will have spent 3-5 years within a tier-one strategy consulting firm and have relevant experience in a line management role.
