Role Purpose:

Lead a team of diverse specialists in the Conceptualisation, Design, Build and Implementation of Client Value Propositions, Business Models and Channel Tools. Formulate and drive the client and channel strategy informing these solutions.

Requirements:

• Masters/ Honours qualification or equivalent
• 10+ years business management experience within a financial services environment and or technology environment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop and implement a compelling Client Value Proposition (CVP) and business operating model that will attract and retain clients within the segment, enable employees, encourage organic growth and increase share of wallet
• Together with the research teams, develop an in-depth understanding of the target markets and channels, and identify trends, opportunities, threats and environmental influences that might impact solutions
• Together with the research teams, design the concept development and testing phase of CVP solutions to identify new opportunities to satisfy customer needs and improve the overall CVP experience of clients and employees
• Design and develop all creative concept content needed to represent the CVP and channel tools to employees and clients – in multi-media
• Guide, support and give input into to the prioritisation process of Metropolitan Retail project delivery by providing views of competing tasks and their size
• Ensure the provision of analysis, system testing and support of user acceptance testing in respect of new requests (strategic, tactical and operational) or support
