    So what’s the job all about?

    • You would manage a team of writers, designers and illustrators to help you in the development of conceptual campaigns that you have developed with client.
    • You will need to use your conceptual abilities and honed skills to come up with outstanding and imaginative campaigns.
    • You would work closely with the client service team, nurturing the client relationship through pitches and brainstorms.
    • You will have strong communication and leadership skills that allow you to translate those ideas to your team for flawless execution.
    • You will be an efficient multitasker that keeps an eye on multiple projects at once, helping to review, amend and implement projects and campaigns that ensures your team adheres to the brief and strategy of the client.
    • You will have a keen and trained eye for detail that will ensure yourself and your team maintain the highest standards of work that keeps to the client’s CI and objectives.

    What attributes and experience do I need?

    • At least 2 years’ experience as a senior creative, such as a Copywriter, Art Director or Creative Director
    • An excellent knowledge of the creative process within an agency environment
    • A keen eye for details
    • An intuitive ability to make quick decisions and conceptualise ideas
    • A working knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)
    • A firm grasp of the English language with all its rules and nuances
    • Ability to manage your time effectively
    • If not a gamer, at least a gamer at heart
