    Market Research Account Manager

    Job description

    After 10 years of providing quality research services to bluechip companies across South Africa, our Cape Town based company is expanding to Gauteng. We are looking for an enthusiastic Market Research Account Manager to manage and help build our new Gauteng office that will be based in the Sandton.

    Your primary responsibility will be to manage and build existing Client relationships among our Client base in Gauteng, and to support with business development. In addition, you will be involved in all aspects of market research  qualitative and quantitative, primary and secondary research.

    Your daily tasks will range from putting together proposals and attending client meetings to designing and managing projects, analysing data and presenting research reports.

    Requirements

    • Must have a minimum of university Honours degree in marketing, commerce, PPE
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience at a market research company or Client company
    • Internet and desk research
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
    • High level of numeracy and analytic skills
    • Ability to analyse data in Excel, and put together reports in PowerPoint
    • Passionate about information and learning new things
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Focus on quality and professionalism
    • Highly organised
    • Capable of effectively managing projects and meeting deadlines
    • Self motivated with ability to work individually as well as part of a team
