Job description

The Four Seasons Resort Nevis is looking for an Engineering Administrative Assistant who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. You have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional service when taking care of our guests needs.

This position reports to the Assistant Director of Engineering.

Job Functions

• Coordinate and organize all of Engineering Division training
• Handle calendars for appointments with contractors and vendors.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
• Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
• Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by your department head.

Qualification Requirements

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• High degree of initiative, motivation and endurance.
• Work authorization for the location is required.
