Key Performance Areas (Include but not limited to): 

• Develop, implement, and maintain a SIU records management system in line with National Archive legislation. Manage and monitor the Central Registry for Head Office. Provide advice to stakeholders on SIU’s records management system. Ensure that a proper records management system is implemented and maintained in the Head Office and Provincial Offices. Manage subordinates in the section.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

•  National Diploma or B Degree qualification in Records Management, Archival Studies, Information Management (NQF 6/7) or equivalent. Project Management qualification would be advantageous. Five years’ functional experience in records management, of which 2 years is at a supervisory/ management level.

• Operational Planning and Implementation. Safety Management. Risk Analysis, Threat Assessments and Research. Security Training and Awareness. Collaboration with SSA. Project Management. Vendor Management. Budget Management. Staff Management.

Minimum qualification and experience: 

• B Honours Degree in Security Management or Police or Risk or Legal or Audit Field (NQF8). Successful completion of State Security Advisory Training or possession of Security Advisor Training Certificate. Occupational Health Certificates would be advantageous. Be subjected to a security clearance of Top-Secret or in possession of a Top-Secret Clearance.
• PSIRA related certificates. 6-8 years’ experience in security management, of which 4 years is at a management level. Experience in corporate security management and corporate security management and corporate investigations.

• Deliver on provincial and national projects requiring forensic investigation expertise. Participate in Remedial Action Proceedings. Forensic Investigation Area Compliance. Development of the Forensic Investigation Area. Staff Management. Stakeholder Management and Business Development.

Minimum qualification and experience: 

• LLB or B Honours in Accounting or Forensic Accounting or equivalent (NQF 8). Membership with a professional body would be advantageous. Six to eight years of experience in forensic investigations, four years at a management level. Experience in public sector investigations.

Key performance areas (Include but are not limited to): 

• Review and verify historical and current traffic fine records. Trace and allocate fines to the responsible SIU members. Liaise with relevant SIU personnel regarding outstanding fines and facilitate settlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all traffic fines and payments. Generate reports on fines, outstanding payments, and blocked license discs for management review. Assist with the preparation of correspondence and documentation to support the recovery of fines. Provide general administrative support to the Fleet Management Section as required.

Minimum qualification and experience: 

• Matric (NQF 4)/ Grade 12 certificate. Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Two to three years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a fleet management, finance, or records environment. Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is preferred. Previous exposure to traffic fines, compliance, or record management will be an advantage.
