Administrator Finance: Fleet Traffic Fines at The Special Investigating Unit

Key performance areas (Include but are not limited to): 

• Review and verify historical and current traffic fine records. Trace and allocate fines to the responsible SIU members. Liaise with relevant SIU personnel regarding outstanding fines and facilitate settlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all traffic fines and payments. Generate reports on fines, outstanding payments, and blocked license discs for management review. Assist with the preparation of correspondence and documentation to support the recovery of fines. Provide general administrative support to the Fleet Management Section as required.

Minimum qualification and experience: 

• Matric (NQF 4)/ Grade 12 certificate. Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Two to three years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a fleet management, finance, or records environment. Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is preferred. Previous exposure to traffic fines, compliance, or record management will be an advantage.
