    Recruitment and Training: Capability Lead

    Job description

    • To take lead, in conducting and organizing training and development activities from resourcing to on-boarding and throughout the employee’s development life cycle. Play a significant role as key support to the Capability& Talent Manager. Be responsible for rolling out the PDR process and assessing performance gaps at WL1 &2. Timely and effective action when KPI’s are not being achieved or by identifying and then rolling out best practice when they are being exceeded. Identify training needs and the identification of relevant intervention that will fully optimize service and sales performance with individuals, or the team at regional level.
    • Regional capability leaders to work closely with cross-functional management teams to ensure the delivery of an integrated training & development agenda thru the following KPA:
    • Collate all regional reports and support Talent manager to execute Training and Development agenda across RISA.
    • Identifying potential risks/barriers against training initiatives, and leveraging tools that enhance skills and competency development – e.g (U+; SPA/TPA & other Assessment tools)
    • Implement and monitor annual training aligned to regional plans.
    • Ensure identified up training interventions and gaps are addressed via –OnClass or Online (U+), and onJob.
    • Deliver quality recruitment process and candidates towards more diversified teams, particular in Sales.
    • Deliver quality Graduate and Internship candidates to meet required annual targets
    • Drive rigorous induction and on-boarding process, to ensure attraction and retention of quality front line staff.
    • Deploy Performance Management process and tracking tools for WL1 & 2 - offline PDR /PDP
    • Identify high and consistent performers to build WL1/2 Talent pipeline through career development programs and role enriching stretch projects for HiPo
    • Proactively take lead in own personal development to build individual capability through quality PDR and PDP’s
    • Carry out any other management request in line with your area of responsibility.
    • Keep abreast of changes in new policies and procedures to identify/minimise negative impact to your regions
    • Secure favourable relations with all employee and regional management team
    • Competence in HR policies and legislative requirements in Recruitment and Training

    Requirements

    • Tertiary Qualification – preferred.
    • Minimum 2 -3 years proven track record or experience in similar role
    • Computer literacy – MS Office, Internet tools
    • Clear Understanding of Legislative requirements
    • Good communication skills
    • Good relationship management skills.
    • Organized and structured planning
    • Behaviours aligned with the values of Service, Relationships and Teamwork
