We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our dynamic company. This position provides an enthusiastic and confident individual the opportunity to pursue a career within the IT field, in a restaurant group environment. Candidate must have strong communication skills and will work closely with the business development director and COO.

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Co-ordinating of all IT related projects for the group
• Operations and basic Project Management within the IT gambit
• Network and Systems Maintenance
• Administer data sources and regular reporting requirements using Qlikview, Qliksense and Google Apps
• Liaise and co-ordinate with third party suppliers in terms of systems and applications supplied
• Ensure integrity of all IT systems on an ongoing basis
• Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Professional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Computer Programming/ Delphi/C++/Visual Basic
• WAN & LAN
• Routers & Firewall Administration
• Google Apps
• Server & Email Administration
• Server Policies & Tasks
• SQL Server
• Telephonic Support
• Web Design and Development (HTML & PHP)
• Database Management / Maintenance
• System Analysis
• Systems Design
• Remote Desktop / Telephone Support
• Hardware - Repairs & Maintenance solutions
• Pilot POS experience a plus
• Hospitality industry experience a plus

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Pilot POS
• MCSE or higher
• QlikView & QlikSense Developer / Administrator
• SQL Server
• Google Apps Administrator
