    One of our big four banks is looking for an experience call centre operations manager.

    • Looking for experienced candidates with 5 - 7 years experience within banking/financial service call centre operations.
    • Experience in staff capacity planning and scheduling productivity principles and practice.
    • Minimum of a 3 year business degree.
