Our client in Cape Town is a high growth, industry leader in the property and real estate space looking for a Marketing Manager to join their high energy team.

The opportunity that awaits you:

This role is to head up the marketing function of this growing business. You’ll have responsibility for setting the direction of travel for the business both in a digital context but also have responsibility for the monthly publication of our client’s magazine.

Your key responsibilities:

• Excite and inspire people around you by bringing a fast pace can do attitude that aligns to the high growth culture of our client
• Lead the digital content and online editing of our client’s web, direct marketing and print marketing campaigns
• Own the marketing budget and manage the internal team to deliver awesome work
• Manage senior stakeholders including the CEO who you’ll report into

Our required expertise:

• Relevant marketing experience
• Familiarity with print and online marketing including content writing
• Property/Real Estate experience advantageous but not essential
• The ability to deliver in an owner-managed business

Your reward:

• Salary range: R25 000 – R35 000
• Flexible working hours and occasional remote work
• The ability to own and set the direction of travel
