Job description

Main Purpose:

To take an overall responsibility as the liaison between ICT and the university. He/she must ensure alignment between organisational objectives and ICT service delivery while enhancing the relationship with the business and enabling cost reduction for delivering ICT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Managerial Leadership for the Business Relationship management team
• Ensure alignment of ICT services with business objectives and Quality
• Ensure customer engagements, satisfaction and continual ICT service improvement
• Facilitate  (ICT) Demands (Projects,  BAU and solutions change requests) throughout a cross function value chain
• Manage ICT Service catalogue and Communication
• Financial Management

Requirements:

• BSC Computer Science or IT related B Degree
• At least 7 years related experience
• Business Management Diploma/Certification
• At least 3 years management experience
• ITIL intermediate level Certification (Expert Level)

• Business Analysis methods and skills
• Project management methodologies and skills (Prince2 or Agile)
• Negotiation Knowledge of ICT related regulations, quality system and/or governance frameworks

• Ability or competency to manage finances or cost centre
• Willing to travel and visit customers at different sites regularly
• Ability to develop and write policies, procedure and training programs skills
• Communication  and presentation skills
• Understanding of the ICT relevant acts and governance frameworks
• Ability to influence people
