• Performs specific tasks/activities associated with the provision of clerical support. 
• Co-ordinates an accurate and updated database on driver management information of all employees utilizing a council vehicle.
• Educating users/customers on Fleet Policies and following communication/update expectations with clients in accordance with Fleet Systems. 
• Maintains and access records discussions, instructions and correspondence.
• Provides statistics to Fleet Operations with regard to driver information for the purpose of re-allocation of traffic violations (fines etc).

Qualifications
Essential Experience

• 12 Months relevant experience.

 Computer Literacy. 

Preferred Experience

• 18 Months relevant experience.

 Essential Qualifications 

• Matric/Grade 12. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
