    Sales Key Account Manager - South Africa

    Selling alone is no longer sufficient to approach the market today. Your prime responsibility is to develop short and long-term strategies and identify business building opportunities via collaborative partnerships to create Joint Value for both P&G and customer. You have the unique obligation to serve as the voice of the Customer to our Company and categories.

    As a Key Account Manager in the Sales Department you will be responsible for the following:

    • Sell new product/price/conceptual initiatives to meet or exceed introductory volume and objectives for all customers/distributors
    • Deliver with excellence Retail Performance Standards to build superior in-store presence
    • Develop strong working relationships with key Owners and Buyers
    • Understand in-depth customer/distributor needs, goals, strategies, systems, specifics in different categories
    • Lead the customer/distributor to maximize use of Sales funds and programs to deliver sustainable volume growth
    • Develop and implement creative merchandising plans to meet or exceed Category and customer/distributor objectives
    • Understand and improve customer/distributor work processes to best deliver Sales Fundamentals

    Qualifications

    • Any Bachelors Degree (minimum)
    • 1-3 years relevant Sales experience
    • Logical, Analytical & Strategic thinking
    • Good interpersonal skills (conflict, influence, negotiation, relationship building, diversity)
    • Passionate about innovation and winning
