Job description

• Manage personnel to create a strong and unified team, including training Community Associates to ensure peak performance
• Work with Leadership Team in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and financial aspects of building management
• Identify, manage and perform critical tasks in furtherance of the following:
• Creation of a collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members
• Building and maintaining 100% occupancy of building and achieving sales goals
• Ensuring that building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
• Driving growth and promotion of company-provided service offerings
• Previous experience working in a private members club is desirable
• Hospitality/customer service experience is essential
