This position is to be the personal assistant for both directors of the company. The job will include eading, monitoring and responding to the Director’s emails if required. Answering calls and handling queries on behalf of the office. Preparing correspondence on the Director’s behalf as well as managing the Directors electronic diary (Personal and Business).
- Organising meetings – Dates, Time, all Correspondence and Venue as well as with the planning and organising of events Personal and Business
- Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries where needed Personal and Business
- Writing minutes of meetings when required
- Preparing all documentation for meetings as well as any reports and or presentations
- Managing and reviewing filing and administration for the office as well as the ordering of stationary, Kitchen supplies, bar maintenance, and client gifts
- Ordering of refreshments for clients and lunch for the Director`s
- Managing and Making payments on behalf of the Director
- Running personal errands for the Directors which include but are not limited to: Shopping, arranging dinner, fetching kids from school, collecting or taking in dry cleaning, making and arranging payments
- Any Adhoc duties and responsibilities the Directors may require
- Intermediate excel skills
- Proficient on Microsoft office (All Programs)
- Proficient in English writing and speaking
- Highly Organised
- Currently studying or has a degree of some sort
- Ambitions to study further or pursue a career
- Willing to learn about the property industry
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Maths skills
- Flexible
- Must have own reliable car and licence
