Requirements

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in software development generally, including 2-3 years in Salesforce.

You should have good experience in the following technical skills (or similar):

• In-depth understanding of SFDC and CRM software generally
• Apex programming
• Experience configuring standard SFDC CRM Objects and Modules including validation rules, formulas, record types and page layouts
• VisualForce, HTML and CSS
• Salesforce automation and workflows
• Salesforce integration using SOAP and REST web services

• Experience with data transformation, data analysis, data mining and machine learning

Responsibilities may include

• The development, maintenance and administration of our SFDC platform, including on Salesforce One.
• Development and implementation of SFDC using Apex programming, VisualForce, Data loader, SFDC configuration, Sites, Web services (SOAP/REST)
• Configuring standard SFDC CRM Objects and Modules including validation rules, formulas, record types and page layouts.
• Employ SFDC best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions
• Integration of Salesforce with our C# backend services using REST and/or SOAP web services
• Salesforce automation using Workflows, Process Builder and Triggers
• Gathering user requirements and converting them to technical specifications.
• Provide guidance in regard to constraints of SFDC, particularly with regard to data, APEX and processing, especially for delivering business requirements in the context of the constraints.
