Senior Programme Director required for a large Managed Services engagement in South Africa. Managing a team delivering SLAs and milestone based deliverables on target for Operations, Development and Support of an ongoing Software/Services project with full responsibility for acheiving SLAs, Service Improvement and delivering on time and on budget. Working closely with the Sales and Account and Leadership team, you will be responible for the overall project delivery and growth, Resource Management and mentoring as well as improving of policy, process and procedures with ITIL best practice. Candidates must have a solid Project/Program Management background in OSS/BSS projects and have a solid technical understanding of OSS/BSS systems. Idealy coming from a large SI, Vendor or Telco opertator; you will have a proven track record of leading and managing large scale, complex technology programmes as well as experience of Managing a team of 50+.
