This position as Office/Sales Manager or Principal plays a major role in the success and the profitability of your Property.CoZa business. The appointed person must be goal driven and goal orientated with great management and training skills and a passion for the property industry. The incumbent will have a huge business responsibility and good business skills will be an advantage. Property knowledge and experience is a must!

• Qualification in Real Estate is essential (NQF4, PDE4, NQF5, PDE5),
• Must be able to recruit, head hunt, cold calling
• Excellent management and training skills a must,
• Success driven and goal orientated,
• Problem solving skills,
• A strive for excellence,
• Work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in similar role,
• Good business acumen
