Our JHB is a high growth, industry leader with a strong capability in the Real Estate and Property space, is looking for a location analyst who can support with the valuation of key sites and the preparation of marketing collateral.

Your key responsibilities:

• Using your technical knowledge to ensure our clients commercial properties are marketed in accordance with best possible industry practice
• Integrate with the marketing teams
• Work well as part of a team
• Able to deliver to key deadlines

Our required expertise:

• Relevant property experience likely to have been gained in a town planning or valuations background
• The ability to work at pace
• Relevant Qualifications
• The ability to deliver in a fast paced, fun environment

Your reward:

Salary range: R20 000 – R30 000
