Web Content Manager at Sage

This role is accountable for delivering world class web content across the in-country websites and has responsibility for executing the global web content delivery in country in support of the One Sage vision.

As Web Content Manager you’ll be responsible for:

• Executing the global web content strategy fully aligned to our One Sage approach in country, driving this across the local websites, and maximising performance around Sage's business KPIs.
• Maintaining and updating web content, images, file etc. through the global CMS platform, SiteCore.
• Acting as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams, developing a strong relationship with IT to ensure efficient management of the local website.
• Working in partnership with global web marketing, SEO, ecommerce and creative teams to continually evolve Sage’s web presence in country and implement best practices techniques to help optimise the web experience.
• Ensuring in country processes and workflows for web project management, content authoring, publishing, localisation, QA, user training etc. are aligned with global processes and content adheres to brand and accessibility standards.
• Supporting and executing the web content requirements from in country product marketing, brand, and channel teams plus all the global and regional marketing teams.
• Representing the top user journeys across interaction with Sage's web experiences.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable experience in delivering and executing local web content within a global marketing team

Some key attributes we are looking for are:

• Experience needed of managing local web sites.
• Proven experience of developing strong partner relationships with IT.
• Experience of developing, implementing and executing global content strategies within local environments.
• A proven ability of executing global campaigns, and developing scalable processes around web production and project management is essential.
• Excellent experience of content management systems and best practice.
• Good communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders globally, regionally and locally bringing people together to deliver a One Sage web experience.
• Highly commercial with the ability to understand every facet of the local business, delivering with agility and adaptability.

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
