Access Management Lead at The South African Breweries (SAB)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Action Access Management requests in SAP ECC & S4 relating to granting and removing user access
• Action Access Management requests in SAP ECC & S4 relating to granting of substitution access
• Adhere to internal control protocols and provide information as required to internal and external audit
• Share information as it relates to business requirements
• Help the team and Team Lead in identifying process improvements, excellence and process efficiency opportunities
• Present to the Team Lead key challenges, insights and workarounds. Trouble shoot issues and share improvement ideas with Team Lead
• Maintenance of role training documentation. Assisting in knowledge transfer to new employees within the role
• Prepare reports as per business requirements. Manage metrics
• Meet weekly/monthly targets and all SLAs and KPIs
• Perform reconciliations; and reports as per business requirements
• Provide solutions to requests submitted by business

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric and/or 3-year degree in IT or related field
• End-to-End Access Management knowledge/understanding
• Computer skills (MS Office, Financial systems)
• SAP ECC & S4 HANA (Pages & Spaces) experience
• 3 - 5 years prior related position experience required - SAP IDM, Saviynt and SAP GRC experience would be an advantage.
• SAP User Management experience - Role/ profile and User provisioning experience
• SAP Role build /Fiori Tile / Catalogue experience
• Able to work on own, initiative and prioritize workload effectively
• Ability to build productive working relationships – internally and externally
• Strong interpersonal/business skills and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
