Develop agricultural client relationships and grow sales of pesticide testing services and agronomic consultancy, providing technical support to citrus, avocado and subtropical fruit producers.
Requirements
BSc Agriculture or National Diploma in Agriculture
1–5 years’ relevant experience
Strong sales aptitude and interest in business development
Knowledge of agronomy, pesticides or agricultural testing advantageous
Experience in agricultural sales or client relationship management advantageous
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to farms and clients
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Results-driven, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets
