    Account Manager - Large Business

    Würth South Africa Co. (Pty) Ltd., is actively looking for a talented, vibrant, highly motivated and disciplined Account Manager for Large Business who will represent the company as a brand ambassador by offering sales services to our customers.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Matric or equivalent

    • 2 years’ min. experience in large account management or management experience will be an advantage
    • Must also have contacts already within these customers
    • In the process of completing or a completed Sales or Marketing degree / diploma from an accredited institution will be an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to solve problems and negotiate solutions
    • Report writing skills
    • Presentation skills
    • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite
    • Must reside in the region of responsibility
    • No Criminal Record or Charges
    • Clear credit history
    • No Disciplinary records

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of customers with large potential in the Gauteng area
    • Operate as a main point of contact for all matters specific to these sector of customers
    • Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure the development of large customers within the Gauteng Region
    • Must already have business relations in this sector
    • Ensure the proposal of solutions and products that will address these customer needs and that once agreed upon, solutions are rendered immediately or products are delivered timeously
    • Liaise with the relevant Würth Managers as to ensure that customers’ expectations are managed in terms of large stock orders
    • Ensure that all customer problems, issues or complaints are resolved timeously to ensure that trust relationships are maintained
    • Ensure that the correct managers are involved with the negotiation of contracts and agreements
    • Ensure that the National Business Development Manager is informed of progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, of your activity
    • Would also require to negotiate KEY ACC deals on a national basis, and support with the admin function within the department
    • Need to develop and generate turnover of min. of 1mil a month
