Description    

• We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This position is ideal for an accountant with a strong foundation in accounting principles and application, experience in data analysis and reporting. You’ll play a key role in financial management, reporting, and analysis, handling larger datasets, and supporting the finance team in strategic decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities    
 
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Data Management:

• Work with large datasets and utilize tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Use pivot tables and other Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Use other BI related software and models to assist with data analysis and reporting

 Budgeting & Forecasting Support::

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support company strategy.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive efficiencies with business by highlighting and resolving process inefficiencies
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
• Collaborate with teams across departments, explaining complex data in a way that aids decision-making.

Minimum Requirements    

• Non-Negotiable Experience
• 1-3 years of post-articles experience.
• Reporting and analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP, QlikView and Qliksense.
• Team management experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable working with large datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to/Knowledge of
• Excel and the full MS Office suite.
