Accountant: Third Party Payments-Banking Systems: FINA20585 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Accounting Diploma or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
• 1 - 3 years' experience in a treasury environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare third party bank reconciliation monthly
• Balance pre-paid sales votes with service providers report and follow up on errors and shortages daily
• Prepare third party reports to service providers
• Compare (link) third party collections (Post Office, Pay Direct, Easy Pay and ACB) with deposit on bank statement
• Balance third party costs with monthly invoices from service providers
• Assist in preparing third party tender processes
• Assist with third party audit queries and requests
