Accounts Payable Team Lead at Euromonitor International

Job Description
Euromonitor is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee daily processing of purchase invoices and staff expenses, manage two Accounts Payable Executives, and ensure excellent customer service. This role will collaborate with the Cashbook team to maintain smooth purchase-to-pay operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate coding, authorization, and posting of supplier invoices on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Review and verify staff expense claims
• Communicate payment run timetables and manage deadlines
• Review creditor reconciliations and supplier statements
• Train and develop the Accounts Payable team
• Maintain controls and meet monthly deadlines
• Manage supplier and staff payments, providing cover for invoice issues
• Assist with month-end journal postings
• Manage relationships and respond to queries promptly
• Handle audit queries related to Accounts Payable
• Support overseas subsidiaries with training and accounting duties
• Perform various ad hoc duties

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills in a global organization
• Proficient in accounting, double entry, and reconciliation
• Experience managing diverse teams (3+ years)
• Experience in a multi-currency finance department (3+ years)
• Ability to enhance finance processes using technology
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
