We are looking for an experienced and skilled Ad Operations Manager who understands the full digital technology stack and will work closely with the programmatic and buying teams to effectively activate digital campaigns. This role will require you to make a key contribution to the growth of our cross-channel offering – being responsible for the activation and ongoing maintenance of key client’s campaigns across display, video, and social.
You will need to have excellent technical knowledge, effective communication skills and an extensive experience in implementing digital campaigns. A successful Ad Operations Manager can delegate day to day campaign tasks to junior members, manage stakeholder tracking requirements and mentor team members. Proven interest in the digital media industry and knowledge of the programmatic landscape Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, Key Formulas etc.) Digital experience within an operations team (trafficking/campaign management/programmatic activation) Experience of set up within the ad server (Campaign Manager 360/Sizmek/Flashtalking)
