Admin Assistant: Claims - VKB Milling, Modderrivier

Job Function
- Cost effective handling and correct settlement of claims
Requirements
- Gr12 certificate
- Relevant knowledge in accounting
- Detail oriented
- Team work NB
- Perform duties as instructed
- Advance Excel knowlegde will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Navision will be an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive claim from customers and verify claims
- Compare claim with invoice and order price and follow up with marketer for approval
- Handling of claims and stock variances;
- Follow-up of outstanding claims documentation
- Creation of credit note on system
- Settlement of invoices against differences
- Settlement of claims
- Office Administration
