Admin Clerk - Carton Freezer at Rainbow Chicken

Role Purpose:

• To perform broad production support and data compilation and consolidation functions within the processing plant

Required Qualifications:

• Grade 12

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience. 

Key Responsibilties:

• Start-up of production scales daily.
• Calculate daily attendance of staff on shift.
• Hourly scale and date checks.
• Distribute documents to stock control department.
• Resolving of stock exception report.
• Reconcile work in process vs actual stock.
• Timeliness and accuracy of mandatory submissions and reports.
• Data integrity, accuracy of employee leave and attendance data.
• Reconciliation of stocks (internal/external).
• Accuracy of filing.

Knowledge and Competencies:

• Knowledge of spreadsheets, processing control and related procedures.
• Knowledge of Anzio system.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical thinking and good numeracy skills.
