- National Senior Certificate.
- No experience required. Knowledge:
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA); Prescripts; DORA, PEPs, Public Service Regulations, BBBEE Act, EPWP Policy. EPWP phase 3 guidelines National Development Plan.
- Ministerial Determination.
- Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act No.108 of 1996.Occupational Health and Safety Act. Computer literacy skills. Diagnostic skills. Analytical skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Policy development skills.
