Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification. No experience needed. A Valid, minimum Code B/EB, Driver’s License.
Duties :
Administer implementation of PMDS: Ensure that Performance contracts and all reviews are submitted timeously in line with the DPSA time requirements. Capturing and filling all reviews. Employee Relations: Receiving and opening file for new grievances.
Prepare venue for all Labour relations matters. Employee Health and Wellness: Organize and facilitate Health screening campaigns for employees.
Implementation of OHS: Conduct inspections and risks assessments. Facilitate capacity building programmes and interventions in terms of OHS.
Training and Development: Consolidate employee training needs. Perform any other training task as delegated by the Supervisor.
