    Administration assistant - Stellenbosch

    Responsibilities: 

    • Following up with emails 
    • Capturing tax invoices
    • Capturing data in MS Excel 
    • Keeping track of expenses 
    • Answering the phone 
    • Communicating with Contractors
    • Updating wine stock 

    Requirements: 

    • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
    • Punctual and Reliable
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Matric
    • Own reliable transport
    • Has knowledge of working on a wine farm 
    • Familiar with MS Excel and Word
    • Familiar with WINE MS
