Description

• Perform various administrative duties to support the factory's business operations and manage the control of stock.

Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

• Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

• 3 years experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

• Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimising excess.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock records to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure efficient document management, data entry, and record-keeping to support operations.
• Coordinate and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring all assets and equipment are in optimal working condition to minimise downtime.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
