Administration Clerk: Support (Supply Chain Management)
Minimum educational qualifications: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. Experience: Appropriate experience in a technical or health commodities environment. Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management and Finance. Inherent requirement of the job: Strong cooperative and collaborative characteristics to promote and advance good teamwork.
Competencies (Knowledge/skills):
Sound knowledge and understanding of the Public Finance Management Act. Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of Supply Chain Management with specific knowledge of procurement of maintenance related goods. Knowledge of warehouse functions/modules in LOGIS or Stock Management System. Sound practical knowledge of the government’s Electronic Procurements System (ePS). Sound knowledge of the Accounting Officer System. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability to supervise and train junior staff.
