Key Responsibility Areas:

• Administer circulation of procurement documents in the branch.
• Administer and monitors the submission of monthly supplier statements in the division.
• Investigate and address all queries raised by law enforcement agencies and provide guidance and/or audit verification to resolve same.
• Controls and maintains an effective stock and asset management process.
• Administer physical access control to the division.
• Supervise, lead and directs the administration functions of the branch.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent plus an Administration certificate.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 years relevant experience
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Administration field or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• 4 years relevant experience.
