• An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer I to oversee all office duties, overseeing nightshift transport duties. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information. The position is purely nightshift.

Minimum Requirements    

• Tele Grade 12
• 3 years Administration experience in a transport disctribution environment
• Must have experience with Data Tim and Mix-Telematics
• Computer literate - MS office with good excel skills Strong administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills Reliable and dependent
• Must be willing to learn, be proactive and innovative
• Able to work under pressure Attention to detail

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Data Tim and Microsoft excel capturing.
• Communicating with transporters and drivers.
• Completing vehicle checklists.  
• Completing transport schedules
• Compiling month end reports.
• Liaising with the warehouse team on loading schedules.
• Booking in of drivers for loading. Updating of load plans.
