Purpose of position:

• Providing administrative assistant to the insured recoveries team.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
• Identifying new recovery claims
• New claims initiation check
• Excess refund capturing
• Managing the Excalibur system inbox
• Appointing tracers

Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Computer Literate
• Previous administration experience (advantageous)
