Key Responsibilities:
Telephone and Reception duties: Screening of calls, accurate message-taking skills, handling of general enquiries, assist walk-in customers
Conduct stock checks
Assist in movement of stock items received and being dispatched
Tracking of daily waybills and managing delivery of goods
Communicate with customers and couriers to track goods
Maintaining an accurate filing system (invoices, checklists, credit notes etc)
Supplier management: Generate GRN’s as required | process and maintain a meticulous record of supplier tax invoices and statements | reconcile statements with Pastel suppliers' ledger | prepare monthly statements | manage accurate spreadsheets
Debtors support: assist in managing invoices and POD functions
