    Administrative Clerk x4

    Job Description    

    • On the Dot Supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd, a division of Novus Holdings, seeks to appoint 4 diligent Admin Clerks in the Operations Department. This position is based in Durban, KZN. The successful incumbent will report into the Branch Manager.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities    
    Key responsibilities: (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

    The main duties include:

    • Entering data accurately into the system.
    • Verifying the accuracy of documents ( Invoices , PODs , Collection notes , Claims
    • Organizing and maintaining documents per cycle.
    • Knowing SAP and SCM .
    • Claims Request -Providing feedback on Debtors Request
    • Set Clear, Measurable Goals
    • Data Accuracy: Ensure 99% accuracy in data entry.
    • Data Entry Speed: Capturing of 1o routes per day
    • Data Organization: Ensure all documents is properly filed .
    • Ensure Timely Reporting
    • Providing Feedback weekly for all documents outstanding .

    MEASURE

    • Deadlines, service levels and quality standards achieved
    • POD tracker error reports
    • Various SCM reports
    • Responsible for stock handling in distribution and related controls
    • Meet financial and cost saving project objectives as agreed to,

    Educational Requirements    

    • Matric or equivalent

    Experience Requirements    

    • Previous experience in FMCG;
    • Previous inventory experience;
    • Retail experience; Media distribution
    • Previous experience inmanaging SLAs and external contractors;

    Knowledge

    • Knowledge of distribution principles;
    • Knowledge of inventory management;
    • Knowledge of Retail Management
    • Knowledge of operating systems/applications(SAP)
    • Basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications
    • Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications (SAP, Syspro,)
