Administrative Officer (internal only) - (1640) at University of the Western Cape/Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland

Reporting to the Faculty Manager the appointee’s duties will include, but not be limited to, the execution of the following key performance areas:

• Academic Administration
• Marks Administration
• Enquiry Management
• Committee and Meeting Administration
• Marketing and Recruitment
• Events Management
• General Administration
• Performing any other administrative duties as may be assigned by the Senior Faculty Officer and Faculty Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 
• At least three years of student administrative experience  

Added Advantages:  

• Knowledge of university systems such as SASI 
• Experience in student application, selection and registration
